• Provide samples/photos/dimension sketches: we can help collate key dimensions and evaluate workmanship
• Provide reference links/usage scenarios: engineers can give structural suggestions and feasible solutions
• There is an assembly relationship but the drawings are incomplete: It is recommended to complete the key surface and hole position datum markings.

If it involves assembly accuracy or mass production, it is recommended that the final confirmation be based on the engineering drawing (PDF/DXF/DWG).

It supports single-piece production, as well as small batch and mass production.

• Single piece/small batch: structural validation, trial assembly, functional prototype, rapid iteration
• Batch: Stable delivery of chassis cabinets, shell panels, bracket structural parts, etc.

If you are still iterating on the structure, it is recommended to conduct a small batch trial production to confirm assembly and dimensions before entering the mass production stage.

The accuracy and tolerance of sheet metal parts depend on the material, plate thickness, structural complexity and bending/welding process. Common references:

• Cutting/Punching: Typical ±0.1–0.2 mm
• Bend dimensions: Typical ±0.2–0.5 mm (depends on bend radius, springback, datum)
• Welding assembly: Mainly based on assembly benchmark control, key dimensions can be reviewed individually

If there are critical assembly hole spacing, positioning datum or assembly clearance requirements, please clearly mark the tolerance and datum on the drawing, and we will confirm it separately during the DFM stage.

Common sheet metal materials include:

• Cold rolled steel / galvanized sheet
• Stainless steel (such as 304/316, etc.)
• Aluminum alloy (such as 5052, etc.)

Common plate thickness range (evaluated by project):

• 0.5–6.0 mm (Thinner/thicker can be evaluated separately for process and cost)

Optional surface finishing (adapted according to material):

• Powder coating/paint, screen printing/laser engraving
• Electroplating, brushing/polishing (stainless steel)
• Anodizing (aluminum parts, evaluated based on structural and appearance requirements)

If you have color, corrosion resistance, wear resistance or appearance grade requirements, it is recommended to write down the application scenarios and standards in the remarks, and we will provide a feasible solution.

The lead time is related to the structural complexity, quantity, whether welding assembly and surface finishing. Typical range:

• Cutting + Bending: 3–7 working days
• Including welding assembly: 5–10 working days
• Including surface finishing such as spray coating/electroplating: add 2–5 working days on top of the above (depending on the process)

If you have a clear node (trial assembly/delivery/exhibition), you can note the expected date and priority, and we will evaluate the feasibility of expedited production scheduling.

• Plate thickness/material and process matching
• Minimum hole diameter, hole margin, notch and flange feasibility
• Bending radius, springback, interference and unfolding risks

All modification suggestions will be confirmed with you first, and the design will not be changed without confirmation.

If critical information is found to be missing or a process risk exists, we will:

• Point out missing items: plate thickness/material, bending angle, hole position reference, tolerance, surface requirements, etc.
• Explain risk points: bending interference, hole edge cracking, welding deformation, assembly errors, etc.
• Provide feasible solutions: suggestions for supplementary standards, structural optimization or alternative process paths

The goal is to improve manufacturability and delivery consistency without changing core design intent.

Support. For small batch or assembly projects, first article confirmation and trial assembly verification can be provided upon request:

• First article confirmation: Prioritize key hole spacing, assembly benchmarks and appearance requirements
• Assembly and trial assembly: Confirm the assembly relationship of multi-part chassis, brackets, and welded components

If you need first article confirmation, please indicate "first article confirmation" and key size points in the order/remarks.
